...it should be understood that the composition (of Novacool UEF) also has cooling properties that can also be used as a retardant/protectant. The firefighting and cooling composition of the present invention is formulated such that large quantities of water are able to adhere to the surface of three dimensional objects such as houses, buildings, ships, airplanes, trees, etc. This is because the firefighting and cooling composition of the present invention enables the creation of a stable foam that includes large quantities of water. Hence, cooling effect can be achieved quickly by spraying the foam on a heated object (e.g.--coal, metal, etc.). In addition, the firefighting and cooling composition of the present invention can be used in protectant/retardant applications by spraying the foam on an object to be protected.
